Cheetah EP looks like it has a coffin on the cover and Blackbox Life Recorder sounds like some kind of end of life thing (which I get is probably more a reference to his parents passing). 

Before BLR it was 5 years when Collapse EP was released. I hope his next release isn't in 2028... that feels like a long time to wait... (though much better than him never releasing again)

This progression... Cheetah (2016) (coffin album cover), Collapse (2018) (sounds slightly morbid), Blackbox Life Recorder (2023) (morbid)...Is not exactly making me feel great about the chances of hearing more new AFX in next year or so...

He doesn't owe people more music or anything, but considering how great and consistently great his music is, an announcement or interview about more music coming soon would be amazing!

He doesn't have to release genre bending music either... another ambient release would be sweet, or something 90s sounding... I haven't heard his soundcloud stuff in awhile, but would love a release of that stuff cause I lost the files I had downloaded back in 2015

It's perhaps a little squashed for a coffin, but that was my impression back when it was released. Didn't know it had anything to do with an old synth manual.

I think of collapse and bblr as two halves of the same album. They fit together nicely IMO.

Considering how many newly heard unreleased tracks were in last years tour, I feel like some of those are bound to come out soon. They seemed really good/fun/catchy, kind of progressive sounding. I hope to hear them soon.

This. And it surprises me how well they combine.  Plus those tracks he released with that gig in barcelona ( if i remember correctly). Makes a good album! 
still waiting for the digitals in his store.

I wanna be buried in that coffin but pls don't play cheeta on my funeral, such an awful trax...
