i wish season two of twin peaks would come out on dvd already ... i've been watching season one (on dvd) this week, but i guess i'll have to hunt down the next 20 episodes or whatever on bittorrent. does anyone know when season two might be coming out? is it coming out? i know it's out on vhs, but fuck that, is my theory

It is coming out, but its only been announced on region 2 so far, because of some contractual problems in America. However, Lynch himself is overseeing the project basically in his own time, and at the moment he is still busy working on his new film (which comes out later this year), so I imagine we will be seeing season 2 of Twin Peak either late 2006, or sometime in 2007.

oh, i don't mind that it's region 2, i own a few region 2 dvds (i usually watch films on my laptop, anyway) ... that's awesome news, though. also i heard somewhere that he's shooting his new movie on DV? craziness
