I went S-H-O-P-P-I-N-G today... really shopping. I bought:

Two heritage slim-fit polos from the new Penguin shop in Covent Garden:

I got navy with white tipping and white with navy tipping - no surprises there. Buy one, get one half price. Great shirts.

I also bought a beautiful brown leather jacket in Rokit vintage... this thing is TINY and barely fits me, which is saying something. It's a beautiful jacket that should see me well in cool spring/summer evenings (crap picture):

Also, a mint green t-shirt from American Apparel. I'm sure I don't need to show you what a t-shirt looks like.

As for the Penguin polo, how do you like it? I've admired this brand for a while and bought mine today on a whim after the fuckers at Fred Perry didn't have my size. I love it, I wore it to a crap party for two hours this evening (I left in disgust) and picked up compliments like mad. I love the oversized pointy collar.

Yours is different though... I guess that's the more traditional fit? I noticed there were two types of polos at the store. I didn't try that one on!

The shirt is more traditional, but still very slim. The large was too small, and the XL that I bought is a little too big, but I think if I shrink it, it will be down to what a normal medium is.

Original Penguin suits my style well. I also own some slim plaid pants of theirs as well. Preppy is the only thing that works on me.
