Stars of the Lid - Maneuvering The Nocturnal Hum (E.P.)+

nice

oh wow... not so nice...

But probably worth it. I haven't heard any of it though, but knowing Stars of the Lid it's probably golden.

the a side is nice, but not outstanding... but the live bside is real gold... 20 minute version of sun drugs that evolves into one of the best things they've ever done.

that's what i've heard. i pwned that auction too. $23 + $6 shipping. probably the best price i've ever seen it go for. the one that's up now has already passed $30.

on to that Windsor for the Derby split 7".

Temple of the Dog......why?

i had it on cassette back in jr. high. was never as good as pearl jam

because Chris Cornell is better than Eddie Vedder

something about Chris Cornell always bugged me. For someone in the slacker/grunge genre it always sounded like he was trying way too hard to sing big, kind of like the cast of american idol always feels the need to hit those big notes, Cornell too. therefore I liked Vedder better. that was until the Into the Wild movie. Now I am done with both of them and declare Nirvana the king of 90s rock.
