Got this today, its ok. Its snares. I think the second track sounds like something orange dust would do, but nowhere near as awesome. Ive now realized I like orange dust more than snares, where is he anyway?

orange dusts music has sort of a glossy

production to it, like. venetian snares is

kinda grittier sounding, and that appeals

to me. i like orange dust a lot too though.

you can call it glossy in the realm of post/electronic music type production, but in terms of hiphopstyle beats, it's gritty as hell and constantly evolving in the face of rappers afraid that it might show them up. at least that's the take i've gotten on some of the cuts of his i fancy (bitches-n-sandwiches and followed by ghosts seem to provide the litany of ride-able beats) but with me i dunno it's just that extra gear usually reserved for afx/sp, but it stays within the limitations of rap beats and consequently rocks out like i dont think any formally recognized "innovator" in the rapbeat world does.
