fuck carrying all that shit around.

i am loving the fact that ive got something proper to collect for the first time in my life, my desk is starting to look pretty sweet with all this posh hardware i cant use.

i'm gonna rip it up on the 27th....

p.s. in case you all forgot, chris moss has assloads of analog gear you will never find or afford. pass it on.

p.p.s. i hear that having expensive vintage gear makes your music better.

it is a nag trucking that gear around..though that was last year.. i use a bit more gear now-a-days for lvie shows...

Im doing a coffe house show this friday, i think Im just goign to use like 8 of my friends effect pedals + a looper on my micro korg, i dunno, the show's probally going to blow.

I guess I might can justify why I don't lug around all my stuff:

p.p.p.s I hear that acid techno is usually made with two or more of the following: sh-101, mc-202, tb-303, tr-606, tr-707, tr-808, tr-909, pass it on!

acid techno's not made with any of that. it's made with planks of wood and lots of screws.

acid techno is all about 2 little machines

when i play live i am usually by myself. i find it hard to record things with decoy cardboard knobboxes.

a dj set is completely different from a live "performance" of original work.

if i went to see an aphex twin performance and all he did was play records, or mp3s, or CDs, i'd be really pissed.
