i haven't gotten a response in the mike forum so i'll ask here and i'm sorry if it's been discussed already but in the last track is it meant to get REALLY INTENSELY STATICKY ? like , fuck. i took my headphones off for awhile and then i heard all this noise coming out of them and i thought my computer was trying to blow itself up and then later found out that it was the mp3 making that noise.

help please/

yeah, it's meant to be like that.

lol, sucks that this album is getting universally panned but it really does sound half assed. Only one track on the whole album is worth listening to for me, and it's certainly not great.

it didn't blow me away either, but i think it's going for something a little different. i definitely enjoy the sounds and programming, but i'm not sure if it's going to separate into distinct tracks for me.

was this really made with ES1s? it sounds more like the usual Mike P Nord Lead mischief to me ...

wow this album is TERRIBLE

yeah... and what i don't get is... the few ideas he had on this album certainly weren't good enough to be used a single time, let alone the constant repeating and recycling he did throughout the whole fucking thing.

a better album title would be: "how to make 3 really bad 'themes' turn into a solid hour you will regret losing from your life"

a few useless tracks indeed. should have been no longer than 12 tracks. apart from that this album is fookin' wicked!

there's a couple of good songs... but yeah, i was really disappointed.

01. prongh seemness

02. duntisbourne abbots

03. strawberry fields hotel

04. something else

that's make a pretty nice little EP... but everything seems like really incredible sketchy variations on those tunes.

d00d! That sums up my favourite trax too! Hah. And feelings toward the record also.

sure, the snares rip-off is what gets people riled up about Bilious Paths....but at least he still had his trademark melodies...and I can't compare this album this to Tango N'Vectif...completely different sound, IMO.

i hate to say this but was Mu-ziq ever really that good? i mean sure he makes some catchy music but i wouldnt even characterize him as being in the same league talent wise as even like Chris Clark and i dont even like chris clark at all, i just have never seen why u-ziq is such a ledgend in the scene.

in my opinion he just jumped the electronic music bandwagon as an early bird during a time where competition wasn't as hard as today.

but i have often seen that people that have kind of good working labels are not able to do good music themselves

He had a 3-4 album run starting with Bluff Limbo that really impressed me. Lunatic Harness has to be one of the quintessential electronic music albums and probably one of my top five favorite records. Plus, he has some fantastic remixes.

That said, this album does pretty much suck and Bilious Paths only had one good track in "Meinheld". Granted, it was a fucking awesome track, but still, his recent work is a pretty poor display.

he's accessible. he's damn ne'er omnipresent. in fact He knows i am saying this so i am already on the lookout for that silhouette of a howard stern doppleganger tracking my every move.

and sporadically there are moments where it all aligns under the spectre of the moon, the lunatic harness track comes to mind, but still in the end really it's just a guy.

choices and decisions... politics and religions!
