If it is confirmed that his Warp contract is dead then I'd say no.

I expect him to drop some amazing single under his Aphex alias, and that he will rule all charts for about 20 weeks in number 1 position.

mr james doesn't want to be in the charts again (and it never was his intention). i would say no, his moniker aphex twin is kind of "bought" by warp. only if he releases on warp, it will be aphex twin.

He'll do it again even if he thinks he won't right now. Some project will come along that he wants to swing the full size Aphex dick around on. Either he'll miss the mainstream media attention or he'll want to raise the profile of a comp or something...
