Akaizer standalone clone of the oldschool akai sampler cycle timestretch algorithm. win/mac.

 

Hourglass a standalone but really cool granular app. win.

 

ToneBoosters Free EZQ and TimeMachine are awesome. win/mac.

ConcreteFX quietly made his FX pack freeware check here for download link and serials provided by him. Here is a whole bunch more of his legacy plugins. win.

GVST has a ton of cool stuff, which most people probably already know about. I personally want to recommend the Grect rectifier from the beta section. win.

s-production has a slew of CC and Midi utilities in the vst section. win/linux.

Be sure to check out the Buffer effect from the legacy thread, its like a granular waveshaper.
