Autechre Where do I start?

I forgot about Chiastic Slide.. I always do for some reason. But that's not a bad place to start at all. It's very experimental, but in a much more accessible way that LP5 and certainly Draft or Untilted. You might try that one. The first track on that record is one of my favorite Ae tracks of all time, hands down.

you should listen to chiastic slide guitar first.

i have tri repeatae++ on now. leterel is like boogie-ing jellyfish.

My first Autechre was Draft 7.30 which I listened to whilst playing Splinter Cell in the dark. It was great. Now having gone through everything they've done, it was a great starting point to listen to something really confounding, because I enjoyed that feeling a lot. The beginning of Surripere was pretty much all I could follow, then I'd zone out again. A bit like now. Xylin Room was and is still the freshest sound.

Chiastic Slide is a good place to start, i agree.
