I heard a sample earlier on today (don't remember which track), but I'm not that impressed at all. Scarlett's voice doesn't sound like the world's strongest, and it doesn't really suit this musical style.

first impressions:

musically and production wise it sounds great. then theres this weird little manly womans voice singing the words that tom once sang. oh dear god. she sounds like she singing in the 80s human league or something.

I was reading it with interest until she used the word "magical", then I started skimming.

very unexpectedly, on first listen, i quite like this. probably cos it reminds me of tv on the radio with a chick on vox.
