yeah this is a short but incredibly sweet album. "orphans" and "volcano" are quite possibly two of the best tracks he's ever written!

Modern Guilt is a very good album indeed.

 

Orphans, Chemtrails, Replica, and Volcano are my stand out tracks, with Profanity Prayers being particularly awesome.

danger mouse's production is really great. this is a solid but not fantastic album. Profanity Prayers and Volcano are great. Soul Of A Man, Replica, Orphans and Gamma Ray are really good.

 

Pitchfork's 7.0 was fair.

I'm really digging this actually...just fits nicely right now

 

not amazing or anything but i've listened to this just as much or more than my other favorite 2008 releases

 

walls and volcano i think are my favorites

one thing i've always hated is when "knock knock knock" is in the lyrics of a song, and the drums and rest of the band break and mimic the knock knock knock as the singer says it.
