You beat me to it again PBN! Our tastes must be synchronized because of our birthdays.

I'm so excited for this. I had no idea they would release it this soon. I just saw them here in Ottawa about three weeks ago and they destroyed the audience! It was an awesome show but they only played one new song...it was ok.

Holy fucking crap!!!

I enjoy the fragility of the rolling lol tbh. The broken lol is like our own mortality staring us in the face, reminding us to enjoy that sunset.

Fuck yes - I didn't care for desperate youth all that much but cookie mountain was ace. I hope this delivers as well!

I found that the more I listened to TV on the Radio, the more I liked them. I'm thinking that will prove true of this song and this album.

Guest awkward

didnt like cookie mountain on first listen and didnt give it another chance. this new trk sounds like funky beck kinda. not bad. like the fuzzy bass anyway

oh and the reason my interest was peaked again was the production on the scarlett johanson album whch i believe was by someone todo with tv on radio.

edit: this golden age track is certainly a grower. thrd time on loop

Cookie Mountain started coming into focus on 5th - 6th listen.

There's another new tracks called Dancing Choose up at tvontheradio.com I like it a lot more than Golden Age, for the reason that I appreciate Tunde's vocal delivery way more than Kyp's.

It also sounds as though they're going in a more pared down production style than the previous records (ie. less vocal overdubs, more angular instrumentation, rapping!)
