That is true. But what I was trying to say is that it's more fun and interesting when there are tracks that have been made in one week only, contest or not. Though I'm sure there aren't going to be any 'cheaters' anyway.

last time i did a project 168 i did 4 tracks in 1 night (though only submitted 3)

i'm hoping the date of this works for me cos i want to actually take a week off work and try for 2 EPs under different aliases /styles

If the site is slowing things down then bear in mind that you don't actually _need_ a website to get project 168 v4 started.

Just specify the dates and then everyone can get on with it

You can then upload the music onto the site afterwards and get the site finished .... while the anticipation builds

(I think that was how 168 v1 worked, wan't it?)

I was making tracks last night recorded like 5 in one sitting. (nothing special) (just saying I will make like 2495734985 tracks on the 168 week)

I really hope I have my x0xb0x done in time for this.

the site was done before V.1 sort of launched. It's going to be before Christmas trust me, i'm only going to give about 1-2 weeks notice this time....
