What noobs! It's called Siberian Forest but the image is of Pripyat in Ukraine (that's the Chernobyl reactor in the background, I'm pretty sure), not even close to Siberia! lol

 

Edit: Well since the download is password protected I won't comment on the music until someone figures out what it is, but I would bet that it is a remix of Aphex Twin('s track), not by Aphex Twin.
