in terms of gameplay i think i agree with you about ALPHA 3.

I really do miss actual animated sprite graphics though. Even the Guilty Gear X games which have incredible animation were made a loooong time ago relatively speaking for how advanced videogame hardware is now.

Things like PS3 can hold insane amounts of data.

Imagine how awesome it would look if they made a very smooth hard worked on fully animated cartoon game on today's hardware. I haven't been paying too much attention in recent years but maybe there has been advancements made in purely 2d graphics that put old 2d games like SF3 to shame.

I think there could be a market for something like this, it just so far seems to be untapped.

Anyone want to add me on PS3? I will fuck you up on this game.

It's funny that you'd call SF2 slow compared to part 4. You're on crack dude. 4 is WAYYYYYYY slower and more floaty than 2.
