AFX paranoia?

Do you really think RDJ himself posts on here or is it just other more infromed members taking the piss?

I know Mr James has been caught out on the Planet Mu forum and suspected on some synth mailing lists but I've been on some other forums where members have often suspected it's been the man himself on a blagg mish.

Does the man have nothing better to do than taunt his minions or is he just having a bit of fun in his spare time before tea's ready?

i've drifted into some odd quantum state where it's really all of the above. he may be here, he may be not. maybe i'm replying to his posts, maybe he doesn't even have internets anymore. at one point it dawned on me -- i may as well treat everyone as if they could be aphex, that way i'll always be courteous and have my best face on :angel:

he probably comes on here once a week to make sure all you looney tunes ar e still trying to suck his dick

This site used to be known as the 'Aphex twin resource'. He often visited then, but since he had to share the limelight with all the other 'watmm featured artists' he doesn't visit very often.

I bet he roams the BOC subforum... Seriously... If you were the producer of great music like RDJ is making then you sure wanna know what your fanbois are saying about your music...... and see pictures of your face photoshopped on porn stars...

He probably doesn't have the internet. No one can be that creative with internet.

If I knew of a place where thousands of people gathered to talk about me, I'd avoid it.

Also, he has enough toys to hold his interest better than we can.

yeah i really made those tracks. i smoked a lot while making them if i remember well.

but melodies from mars never got released because i'm not so proud of it.

my work process is quite instinctive and emotional. i always try to reproduce my mental images and feelings you know.

I'm sure he comes here every now and then, EKT is a good forum to hear different new electronic music made by random people... Obviously not every single track is pure quality but I don't know, I hear something interesting every time I check it out.

And while I suppose he may be a "celebrity" or idol to some, I'm pretty sure enjoying music happens the same way at any level. And well, if you and I like electronic music and compose the odd track or two, it's easy to understand why anyone who makes it would love to hear something fresh.

I'm sure he reads this forum as well every now and then, probably not nearly as much as others though. Lol I'd have a pretty great time reading a forum full of random analysis' of random tracks that I did years ago, haha I'd find it pretty funny. But either way I don't feel bad about the possibility of him laughing at our obsessive insights, it's pretty funny I think. =P
