Where do you rank Chiastic Slide

it's awesome.

i love chiastic slide. i think they should make an album version of Rettic Ac. Something like a 20-30 min composition.

Chiastic slide is autechre in space.

No other album takes place in orbit. Some of the other albums are otherworldly but the tone in all other albums tends to lend the mind to imagining a landscape.

For some reason though, Chiastic slide takes place in space. Final answer.

Hub is definitely the sound of drifting in Autechre-orbit. They must have sent some trans-dimensional recording device there because machines can't make that sound.

At times, it's been right up there at the top for me -- easily in he top three for me.

what in the effing hell is Peel Session TX ? did Autechre do some peel sessions in texas without john peel in attendance that early in their career, 1995? are you sure its not a fake release?

what in the effing hell is Peel Session TX ? did Autechre do some peel sessions in texas without john peel in attendance that early in their career, 1995? are you sure its not a fake release?

The dating is the point at which the 'peel session' took place and i'm guessing that the

TX may be signifying that it is the 'Nothing Records' release versus

the 'Warp Records' product. Apparently there is no difference

in the content of the two.

it's hard to rate Autechre on a scale

(like it was just stated in this thread)

This ranks highly with me becuase of Tewe. Best song on album and one of Autechres best ever songs.
