NWW provides plenty of protein as well, as a sugar fish drink, though it is also high in sodium. I think Coil is an adequate substitute for vegetables, especially broccoli.

To be a true Dan cong (dan song) oolong it has to be from certain trees. Some of them are ancient and well protected. Also they accept the fragrance and taste of the other plants around them, so mine has orchids growing around it. There are other types, it's interesting as it's a blend but from the roots up. A special drink!
