(aloe is good for nearly everything)

The vital Aloe Vera nutrients extracted from the leaves of the plant include: amino acids, enzymes; vitamins, minerals,

trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, sterols, antioxidants, B1, B2, B3, B4, B12. There are actually over 200 active elements

as well as at least 75 various Aloe Vera nutrients.

i don't know about that green bottle stuff though, it looks more like an aloe sugar drink to me.

if not it is at least highly processed and pasteurized. if you want all the benefits of

aloe, i would eat the fresh frond / leaf or choose an unpasteurized juice that does not

have any additives. if you eat it fresh then just stay away from the green skin, it is toxic.

thats enough fred.

totally unnecessary for you to follow me around with your little idiotic anecdotes.

sometimes they are funny and i don't mind, but sometimes they are just the mutterings of a troll.

trolls don't mutter, they either grumble or spew

but back to the topic at hand: leftover lentils + tomato + avocado + mushroom + lettuce + cock sauce + horseradish + wheatberry sourdough = one bomb ass sandwich

& salad with more cock sauce as dressing

& a cuppa cuz I'm british, like

on a related note: WHY CAN'T I FIND SOME GODDAMN BRANSTON PICKLE ANYWHERE?! or even some mediocre imitation? WTF USA?

A Cocktail I just invented that tastes like a cigarette:

The Cigarette

This tastes like a menthol cigarette dipped in honey.

1.5 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey

.5 oz Jannamaro

.25 oz Fernet Branca

.25 oz SOHO Lychee Liqueur

5 drops Boker's Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into an ice cold cocktail glass. Squeeze a twist of lemon over the

top and include as garnish.
