Autechre Robert Logan

I've never seen him mentioned on these forums (or any IDM forums) but there's a guy called Robert Logan who I found out about on the Mary Anne Hobbs show (yeah, I know she can annoying, but I have discovered some good talent on her show.) The new one, "Inscape" isn't out yet, but I have heard "Cognessence" and it's really beautiful - it's got some Autechre-ish IDM stuff on there, but some of it sounds like nothing else I've heard, sort of haunting/harrowing Eastern dark ambient stuff.

Sounds pretty awesome. It's about 50 minutes in...called "Ultraflux".

He posted a few tracks on here a few years ago (2005 my computer tells me). They're pretty sweet. I'm assuming it's the same guy... similar style. That's cool he's getting some sweet recognition.
