no.. that just goes to the place where you can buy tix once on sale.. but there is "artist pre-sale" tix available in some places so certain people in that loop can buy tix one day early.

But today's email said that instructions for the pre-sale would go out tomorrow (via the mailing list). 

(Maybe the "PRE-SALE" link in today's email will become useable (tomorrow) to access the pre-sale?)
