I don't see why the technical failure last night means that this won't be released, though. It was a perfectly good (great, even!) performance and the only one of this time frame, and the failure can be solved by just a quick splice. It took me, what, a minute to cut it out in my AUD recording in a pretty seamless way (since we already have a tape that includes it), so I'm sure that's even less effort for them with the soundboard!

My recording of last night's wonderful 2022— Set D performance at New Century in Manchester. I've given it a quick (but not thorough) master, including compression, EQ, and annoying-audience-member-removal. I've also seamlessly spliced out the 23-minute interlude of system failure, in which their hometown drunkenly hurled abuse at them while they stressedly stared at their laptops. As they continued exactly where they left off, it's a nice transition, I think. I also taped Rob Hall's following set as well as snippets of edv3ctor and SDEM; I'll update this post should I have those ready before this forum sadly passes.

Just got back to the shire.....amazing night, with an incredible set by the boys.

I actually really liked the bit when the beats dropped out and there was just the reverb drenched bleeps and bloops sounding in the darkness. 

I was in front of the desk too and cant complain about the sound. But agree about the "tourists" chatting and turning lights on and shit. Grips my ring those guys got tickets over true fans.

Jealous, the best I got was spotting them walk the grounds after soundcheck (those gardens have become my go-to for listening to the new sets on warm evenings)

They were dressed in slightly more woodland colours compared to their usual repertoire

Agreed. If anything, there is almost a precedent that they WILL release it. What was the show with the audio issues that they threw up the soundboard for rather quickly, Helsinki?

Yes, although I thought that's because the acoustics/soundsystem meant that the concert was played through normally but it was barely discernable to the crowd, so the soundboard was a "sorry, at least you can listen to it this way" situation? Whereäs here it was the performance itself that had the issues.

I thought Saturday was a really intense show and more than made up for the ‘break in play’, agree that their was a lot of jabbering from punters though, does my nut in.
