Because dogs are boring fucking slaves for boring fucking dickheads, most especially trailer trash and patagonia cunts...and cats are thoughtful, better looking, and they taste like candy.

did your father hold you down while he let your trailer trash uncle rape you wit his german shepard? im just trying to figure out these bottled up emotions of yours

Spoken like a true dog-owner: witless and predictable!

spoken like a true flame baiter  im not a psychologist but im willing to bet a lot of money you got bit by or something odd happened to you involving a dog (that is if you are at all serious by your strong emotional tone above.....hm)

who here owns a dog and a cat who doesn't have any sort of weird loyalty?

Zaphod what kind of dog do you have

Yeah, my tone was awfully grave...you should have gathered that when I said cats "taste like candy."

i thought it was somewhat serious aside from the candy part

note to self : internet not to be taken seriously

I am allergic to both cats and dogs but that doesn't stop me from liking both.

Except for retarded overly aggressive dogs that get all protective and teritorial if you look at them the wrong way.

That's happened quite a lot with German Shepperds and Rottweilers in my dog meeting experiences.

Maybe it's my fault but it does piss me off sometimes how quickly some of these dogs go apeshit over nothing.

Actually it's probably mostly the owner's fault for not properly raising and training their dog.

this is mostly it, but i think that with bigger more aggressive dogs it gets exponentially more difficult to train and the possibility for it regressing to a wild born to kill animal is still there.

a pit bull almost killed my dog the other month, where i live people are ultra generic liberal and its trendy to have a pit bull almost as a knee jerk reaction against the widely held belief that they are dangerous

Put a set of headphones or a bee costume for that matter on a cat and lose both.

See, that's what I can't stand about dogs. Most people dig that shit, but you know what? Any animal that doesn't have enough self-respect to summarily tear to shreds whatever the fuck you put on its body that it doesn't want there is not an animal worth having around.

"Oh look, it's a doggie with headphones on...ohhhh, GIGGLES, and a bee costume!"

jesus christ don't get me started, when i see a dude walking a pit bull down the street with a choke chain and spiked collar it looks no different to me than if that same dude was walking down the street carrying a baseball bat.

I think we get that a lot in the Netherlands, especially in areas with lower income/lower social class you see a lot more Pit Bulls and other 'aggressive' races than anywhere else.

And Pit Bulls seem to have become a fashion item for part of the R&B/HipHopwithautotuners crowd as well.

pit bulls are really trendy right now, especially here in Oakland where i live.

when i first moved out here someone left a very large pit bull stranded in my neighborhood.

I took him to the ASPCA and they made it sound like literally every day someone from the ghetto strands a bit pull in the middle of no where of oakland.

My cat's like..."The fuck? Turn the flash off for indoor shots, retard. Otherwise it illustrates how greasy your receiver is from never being cleaned."

I have two pit bull mixes, as you can see, they are extremely vicious.

Cats will bring you their prey as a token of gratitude, kind of like saying, here, this is for that food I accepted from you last week. My cat used to bring me birds, snakes, even a huge rat.

Cats are the shit cuz they make you earn their respect and trust, they respresent human relationships in this manner.

Dogs can be cool too though, Id like a siberian husky or a malamute at some point.
