I like Wain, Beksinski, Bacon and Brown too. Though I prefer Brown's more abstract and "mature" things like the Crash Babies series over the fluffy manga stuff. He does these horrid combinations of porn and anatomy which make you reflect on something you'd rather just enjoy.... weird

I saw the above thing when it was new in an exhibition in my city, I must have been about 12, disturbed me good too, but the paintings were what really terrified me. There was one of a McDonald's "train" or something, and I think there were two cat-like figures. They were the ones I saw when I went to bed that night and a couple of nights after. if you mean H R Giger then you're probably right, but his stuff's good too. I hate to see good things being abused like that... like when you see Ren and Stimpy stickers on the folders of some punk girls, or Eraserhead in the favorite-movies-list of wannabe-dark-ies amongst Hostel and shit.

I've seen an interview with Giger on stage6, I think I still have it... he's pretty weird, seems like a very nice and calm person, doesn't look like he could come up with the things he does.

In my opinion Dali fucking sucks. That goddam illustrating surrealism bitch is completely overrated. Not so many people know about Ernst on the contrary and he's on a completely different level. All Dali did in his most famous works was illustrating some ideas, "visions of the subconscious" my ass. Fucking retard got fame and money popularising high art.

i really like some of ludds avatars, been meaning to ask him forever about them. i think it was the one 1-3 avatars ago, less than a year ago id say. really colorful, cartoonish looking, kind of like willy wonkas chocolate factory on mushrooms. there was this cat thing. i think it had a striped tail
