Call for Submissions: IDM Tribute to Antarctica

1/4th through with mine

i have something completed, but having trouble with a title.

may try and make a better one, still a lot of time left

my original plan was to scroll through all the presets on my e-mu proteus and note down all the ones with "cold" related names and make a track with just those presets.

then I found a preset called "iced out" which was a 1996 r&b beat -_-

I've eq'd the main synth on my track. Waaaaaaauuuw

I've come up with an artist name and some cool samples, now I just need to turn on my robots and make a track. Working with some new equipment, I intend to change my working methods.

haven't done shit yet. i've tried, but i haven't been able to capture the right atmosphere yet. haven't had much time to work either.

this may not happen for me, but i haven't completely given up yet.

I was going to call mine "Bionic Penguin" but it has taken a more chill turn, so that name doesn't seem appropriate anymore.

Just sayin', in case anyone has a track, but can't think of a good name.

totally forgot about this. Hopefully I can scrape together the scraps of my motivation enough to finish this in time.

do submissions have to be idm because i just had an awesome idea for a completely over the top heavy metal tune.

what was the point of the 'most idm thing' contest if the tribute is not idm?

I would definately prioritise the Antartica comp over the remix competition.

I'm about half done with mine.

A bit of spit and polish and this should be done !

I'm about 3/8 complete, a c-hair here or there.

I think I'm going to change mine completely...
