opening an IDM bar/lounge

there's a bar that's now for rent across from my building. it would take some work though. it looks so gay. it has this big pink awning with a picture of a martini and the words "my dream" in script. i think there's some kind of pinata in the window.

I sort of had this idea as well together with a mate of mine, but our small town is full of dumb fucks so don't really see that one taking off here.
