Sandwich vs. Taco

right so tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc, etc, are all tortilla wraps... the difference is size, folding and cooking style.

i've joked before in mexican restaurants how when the chef gets an order with 4 different dishes, he takes 4 identical 'wraps' with exactly the same fillings and grills one, deep fries one, oven bakes one and leaves the other cold.

over here tacos are those crap rigid things, which as far as i can tell, are just for kids parties or people who believe the ads, that it makes eating fun.

The burritos in California are phenomenal, yet the pizza usually sucks compared to the east coast.
