Autechre Autechre 2001 - confield tour sound board recording

Wicked! Never heard this before

Wow, i haven't heard the live Confield set since in person on acid in Minneapolis in 2001. The show was happening at the exact same time as my senior prom, and one of my friends went to prom over Ae on acid. I stopped talking to him after that :)

Yeah this is pretty good shit. A little wanky/jammy in parts but overall fucking great. It feels like I've heard it before (or maybe other sets around the time were similar? been a while since I delved into that era of live sets...) but it's so solid and fresh and seems very indicative of where they were headed in the years after Confield.

The last ten minutes are insane good.

I am speechless: Turin is practically my second city, I listen with a pathological obsession Ae from 2002 (with a particular affection for the soundboard) and I realize only today of this.
