Ok, we need to talk about Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic and Pesto Pizza with Deep Fried Crust.

This is, hands down, the best frozen pizza I’ve ever had. Everything about it is amazing. The fried crust stays perfectly crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. It’s a total game changer, as most frozen pizzas are extremely lacking in good crust. 
I’m honestly shocked that Trader Joe’s doesn’t have a whole line of Deep Fried Crust pizzas, but this one is perfection, so I’m very happy with it.
It’s very popular and sells out, occasionally. I definitely was “that guy” when I came to the frozen pizza section and saw they only had 3 boxes left and I brought all three boxes. 

I am praying they won’t be dicks and discontinue it, like they did with the Vanilla Joe Joes cookies. I’m still reeling from that.

Finally made a proper focaccia. This one came out brilliantly.
