I saw a dude in the park the other day with a tank top, sunglasses and a tattoo of sunglasses.

I wish I could take a picture of (or slap in the face) every other person I see in Brooklyn. It is fucking absurd.

If you don't like hipsters why do you choose to live in the hipster capital of the world?

Please tell me you don't live in Williamsburg.

I don't live in Williamsburg.

lol

oh, that Williamsburg. I'm pretty sure the one here would be #2 capital.

Is it just me or is all this hipster invective driven by the jealousy of the emphatically un-hip?

"It's nay fun for you...

You're getting pumped!"

If you don't realize that full on hipsters are a kind of disease of ricky retardo insecure soulless shells: Whom so desperately want to be cool hip(no stewie) that they will: Completely change the way they dress, their opinion on music/film/arts, there friends, the way think and talk. If you don't understand how sickening that is you A) have never truly met a full on hipster and witnessed there vapid lifeless lost chameleon lifestyle (or lack there of) B) you are a soul less hipster C) you are a wannabe fucking hippy who thinks no one should ever complain about social diseases

I just think it's funny and a bit sad that you can infer all of this based on the way a person dresses. It's fucking fossy.

i believe posers are what we're really hating on here

That's fair enough. But there's the presumption that because someone follows a certain fashion, they're automatically a soulless conformist poser. And that is the attitude of a fossyman.

if you would read what I said: a true extreme hipster effects a lot more than the way they dress. I have met and know a lot them. once you have mingled as one of their flock you can smell them miles away. Again refer back to my previous statement of the 3 possible reasons of why you don't understand the anti-hipster perspective.

all im saying is that i think that a lot of the people pictured would have a hard time laughing at themselves. and taking yourself that seriously while dressing that goofily is grounds for ridicule as far as im concerned. but i could be wrong... its important to actually talk to someone before you make any judgements about their character.

again I'm referring to extreme to the max hipsters not someone who just decides they want to wear v neck shirts and some wannabe designer looking pointy toed shoes. if you have seen friends and people you care about become lifeless chameleons and dive head first into the hipster market you will never understand my annoyance.

do you not understand that there's literally die hard hipsters out there who over calculate their musical taste, the way they talk, how the decorate their house, if they are supposed to act pretentious or humble, the people they hang out with, the beer they drink, the way they think based on the trendy new hip thing to try and make themselves feel unique while completely conforming to trends...

have you ever seen SLC punk? its the same concept I grew to understand when I watched that movie when I was 13, how the idea of punk became raped by kids trying to be different/edgy/cool subsequently turning punk into conformist fashion science. Where being punk was about real rebellion the anti-conformity, true angry expression of discontent not a trendy fashion style.

there's more irony involved in the entire culture of being a hipster than this fags "ironic mustache"
