any clues as to what sort of style the CD's tracks are?

as much as I loved (and still do) the EP, i was quite surprised at the selection. judging by the dgohn tracks especially that afx has played out, i was expecting more shit-your-pants-crazyness stuff. dgohn & his tighten up stuff.

 

will buy regardless what style they're in anyway, just wonderin. love the beats things go brown

The CD follows on from the 2x12" stylewise...

There are some heavy one's with crazy, chopped beats, like "7C 1020" and "Yut" in particular.

But all in all the focus is as much on moody atmospherics as it is on the beats - this is an album after all

Because "July 39th" and "Things Go Brown" had to go on it (they are not on the CD) and "Mustard Greens" and "Long Tall Sally" were the 2 tracks myself, Macc & dgoHn agreed should be repeated on the vinyl
