i've followed david sylvian for years and years-i especially like his instrumental work's.

Now it sounds creepy but when I first moved to NYC (when I was 20), I sometimes hung out in front of Bowie's apt building with an 8x10 of him from the Young Americans / Blue Eyed Soul period hoping to get an autograph. I was completely and hopelessly obsessed, obviously.

I would never do that sort of thing in a million years now but I'm still a huge fan.

I have a pretty large Bowie collection (including just about all of his Rykodisc reissues from 20 years ago with all the bonus tracks) and will swear by anything he put out between 1966 and 1984 and maybe a few stragglers.
