Lately I've been putting a poached egg on a thick layer of salami on a piece of toast. It's crazy-delicious. Try it.

If poached wasn't an option, it would definitely go to "over easy".

Has anyone else noticed it is damn near impossible to get eggs "over easy" in restaurants? They always do them "over medium" or "over hard" because the all think it's the same fuckin thing... but it aint!

Once you find a place that can do eggs right, you gotta hold onto that shit and never let go!

poached egg would be my choice but i like the convenience of a soft-boiled egg, you don't have to put it on top of anything

hard boiled eggs are good but usually not for breakfast. good by themselves with some salt or in egg, tuna, or potatoes salad.

i like scrambled with salt, pepper and garlic. sometimes i put salsa or ketchup. i don't trust myself to do over anything with sunny side up, because i always break at least one, so i put a little extra butter on the side of the pan and drip it on top to cook off a bit of the snot, but they are definitely still easy.

also into all kinds of omelets and assorted mix ins and cheeses.

eggs are fucking great. god's protein shakes.

Raw in a shake after the gym, sunny side up or over easy at a greasy spoon, poached or omelette at some fancy place (the Ramada in Pudong, Shangahi has the guy whose entire job is to cook eggs. He has poachers and tiny frying pans for omelettes).

Soft-boiled with toast soldiers when you're a kid.

The only way I basically won't eat them is pickled. That shit is nasty.
