what did you draw when you were a kid?

all i can immediately remember is duplicating or drawing new logos for bands i liked at the time. around jr high school or sixth grade, a lot of aphex twin, beastie boys and nine inch nails logos. some wu-tang, smash mouth, and other logos too. early graphic design faggatron stuff.

i made a graphic novel about two killer whales who escaped captivity and got to the ocean with help from their dolphin friends

i then hid this piece of paper in a book that i suspected nobody would ever open

i put this book in my bookshelf

i wonder where this piece of paper is

a lot of my listening efforts went into mtv buzz bin videos in the mid to late nineties; along with aphex twin (which i first experienced watching 12 angry viewers on halloween in '97) and the daft punk and chemical brothers on subterranean, i liked limp bizkit, korn, 311, semisonic, fastball, marcy playground, third eye blind and all sorts of shitty music. literally, i tried to replicate mtv and alt rock radio playlists. i grew out of this in eighth grade though; i just ceremonially gave away all my limp bizkit, korn, etc.

Technology... like tons of space shuttles and shit.

And buildings... lots and lots of buildings (my granddad was an architect =) )

me and my dad used to stick 2 pieces of paper together and draw a lanscape. then i would start one side and he the other, drawing whatever forces we chose, and meet in the middle for a massive orgy of destruction.

so, underwater scenes with giant radio controlled laser squid, and submarines and little scuba teams etc. or a space battle.

and for some reason, ants. lots of dinos n monsters too

cars then bmxs and tacchini tracksuits and copies of pieces from Style Wars and the covers of games on ULTIMATE software ie atic atac, sabre wulf, lunar jetman etc then cocks. now mainly cocks

ninja turtles and lemmings levels.

also, adolf hitler mugshots.

I always drew people getting killed in weird ways. I remember one in particular where some guy is killing Santa with a morning star. I wish I still had those drawings.

Space ships, weird faces and graffiti designs were the things that I filled a lot of paper with.

i drew alooot really, just random characters and things. i'd draw some pretty awesome sci-fi guns and shit.

i was really into drawing mazes for abit. like, really complex ones drawn really finely that would've been absolutely annoying to solve.

as far as things from media goes, i drew alot of star wars stuff (even went as far as drawing dash rendar from shadows of the empire video game). alot of videogame stuff actually, mario/link. bits of tintin.

sperm whale was my favourite whale to draw, not cause of the name

cars with guns attached. also the continuing story about my home made character "1 Man".

when I was really young I was mainly into tractors...

sometimes Id do a drawing of a scene from TV, like a news reporter with a microphone and Id draw a little BBC logo in the corner and then stick it to the TV using the static.

I would draw trees. Lots of them. And I became a landscape architect. That was obvious.

i drew sonic the hedgehog as well

then i drew cyberdemons and monsters from doom and hexen and quake and duke nukem and turok etc.

I drew a lot of stickman fights, lot of comics, famous drawings from movies, cartoons, tv, computer games and so(ninja turtles, transformers, cartoon network stuff,..)..,my own weird and crazy childisch and not childish fantasy stuff,.. also I wrote a lot of stupid epic prose and shit

I drew these wierd creatures made out of litter, like Coke Cans and Iron-Bru bars and other shit. They actually looked okay.

did you draw them? or make them out of the Coke Cans and Iron-Bru bars? would be quite complicated to draw
