1st of October

my 1st October:

i had a weird first night in my new apartment today. after moving all those boxes, bags, furniture and equipment to the 4th floor (with a little help from my friends) without an elevator i though i'll get a nice, calm, deep sleep. out of no apparent reason i've slept for maybe 3 hours total. i'm tired. already in the morning i've been blowing my nostrils out of anger, for i've been waiting at the city bus station for almost twenty minutes before i realized i'm standing on a wrong station. i was late for work. two hours late. on the bus i was eating a banana (like many mornings) when an old lady sitting next to me says in most ridiculous manner: "listen young man, this food smells, and this is my station, i'm getting off. move away."

i got to work and my boss is obviously feeling depressed. he walks around my office with his hands on his hips, a bad hair day and three days old beard. with a slow, quiet, tensed (soon to explode to outrage) voice we talk about work for today.

realizing i have to finish three design proposals until tomorrow, i also have a photo session with a client in the evening, i have to finish a flyer until tomorrow and another web page until the end of the week - i hardly feel capable of working...

it's like captain obvious saying "you shouldn't have gotten up today in the first place."

I just moved into a new apartment too. I have lots of boxes and equipment all over the place. I was also dead tired after the move and also didn't sleep well. Spooky.

i gotta do all the lab shite for my dissertation this month. plus two presentations, and gotta sort out my visa shit, and get a job, and go to the fucking doctors. yay

my life has turned uber-balls. i've lost all interest and enthusiasm for my degree now. and i'm near-perpetually nauseous these days. anaemia or summat? but i'm too apathetic to actually see someone about it. i can certainly survive with it. man, i'm such a twat. i can't look after myself.
