Borderlands (game)

i'm playing this game pretty obsessively now. got a 10 hunter, 12 siren, 15 berserker, 22 soldier. i like the soldier the best, and fuck i love every gun class, none of them are a klobb.

Same! This game is fucking addictive as hell. They really nailed the action so it feels really satisfying to use any gun.

Plus, the graphics are lush and colourful. Started playing it yesterday and got my soldier to level 18 after a heavy session. Pretty much going to be playing all day today. I'll add you later bro.

I would pick up the PC version if I had some extra cash

edit- eridian weapons are pretty nifty.

also i have like 5 new weapons every level this is ridiculous. favorite one is my machine gun with 200 bullets that lights people on fire. so many bullets. incendiary grenades are really nice too.

Screw you guys, if i start playing this I'm gonna be fucked for months.

so this is on psn for $30. worth playing, or waste of time? the videos i watched looked pretty stale.

this game took a weekend of mine getting my big black guy to lvl 48. i rarely want to come back to it though.

it's really fun and addicting though, but after a while.... stale is a good word.

One of my favourites. Played through it a good four times before it got old, and I never ever play through a game more than once anymore.

What classes are you guys going to play in the sequel?

I'm not sure yet. Probably the assassin, I tend to prefer stealthy gameplay in most games that have the option.

I was Siren last time, but read today it's not easy to solo w her. Probly play Commando or Gunzerk unless the Mechromancer is really all that.

I think looting is lame. You probably have a point there. All I play these days is Super Smash Bros.

I think I'm going to be a gunzerker once I pick up the game. I played around with the skill trees, and he seems pretty solid.

It seems the reviews are quite good. I think I'll head to Walmart right now and grab it.

I find it to be quite repetitive even during multiplayer. My best memory from the game is watching my friend beat the boss by standing stationary and unloading 1.5 clips into it. Most hilariously anticlimactic battle ever.

I like the game.

You don't like the game.

Seeing as we're on WATMM, that can only mean one thing...

that's the reason i didn't like this game (the original). i love loot, i played WoW for 5 years because of loot, but when it's all randomized it takes all the fun out of it imo, just like diablo 3.

Picking up my copy of Borderlands 2 for the XBOX on Friday, CAN NOT WAIT! Grabbing Formula 1 2012 too! Borderlands is totally epic.
