Aphex Twin help needed: Aphex Twin 2004 warp promo info

I was trying to find some concrete information about the 'aphex twin 2004 warp promo' being pressed on vinyl that was just being sold at a few stores and i even remember seeing a screenshot of Ameoba records selling one. Does anybody still have that screenshot or screencaps of stores selling it (online stores as well)? Im also interested in doing some followup with the fake AE album that was being sold on itunes after Quaristice came out. If anyone has some hard info on either one please PM me or post it here.
