lol, neurofunk is 'drum n bass' but with futuristic soundscapes and filthy, intelligent re-sampled bassline madness. Thats what i think of it as anyway, the actual definition may vary ;D.

i would like it if funkstörung re-formed and put out a decent new album similar to appetite for destruction.

i would also like an album from seefeel on warp and a new freeform album on warp.

'the seamless unspeakable something' is close, but 'surrounded' is my number one. saw tipper down in santa cruz few years back ....our boy destroys sound systems.

i would be remiss if i didn't point out that "in the style of 'lunatic harness' " is a misnomer, since lunatic harness itself was basically in the style of squarepusher. it came out in mid-1997 after squarepusher had officially showed up and started kicking ass (i believe feed me weird things was 1996, hard normal daddy was in april of 97, and then big loada was in july of 97) and captain mu was like "hey i can do that, and put my melodies on top of it... it worked quite well when i did it with richard james! this time i'll make the beats too i mean how hard can it be?"

quite hard indeed, although it is still his best album as most electronic music artists make their most endearing music when they're ripping off squarepusher. lunatic harness came out a week or two after big loada and was there for people who had their minds blown by squarepusher and wanted MOAR of that madness. mike paradinas delivered.

still though, artistic integrity lurked and he completely fell off of that style for his next release, royal astronony. c'est la vie.

E.O.G. (a full length album on Warp please)

their two EP's, 'Shoot Out' and 'Untitled' have been unbelievably good. very close to Autechre in style, not quite as mature.

i have high hopes for E.O.G.
