keane has some good piano power ballads. haven't heard their newer stuff, but their older stuff is great.

The Bad Plus is awesome too, I met them once, bass player is totally chill.

Dungen has a wealth of AMAZING songs. Some of which involve prominent piano playing. All of which rule.
