Aphex Twin Any classical orchestra albums that feature lots of percussion?

I'd like to find some more stuff like Alarm Will Sound Performs Aphex Twin, if possible. Any recommendations? It seems like every time I listen to classical music, there is little to zero percussion being featured :( wtf is up with that?

I don't really mind lack of percussion :p.

Fuck, the bass solo in that Loussier/Bach track was fucking amazing. There should be some more good beat-based Bach improv covers.

alot of John Cage's prepared piano based works are very percussion heavy, mostly the ones that aren't simply one prepared piano

the jacques loussier vid was cool though, do you know any more jazzy type of stuff with lots of bass and lots of drums? is there a name for that style of music?

Yeah I know (I actually have some Loussier Bach sheet music someone gave me a while back), I just hadn't heard that track. Great stuff. Just listened to one of his Chopin efforts - it doesn't work nearly as well, probably because Chopin uses so much rubato and chromaticism anyway that attempts to meddle with it in that way just disturbs the brilliantly constructed balance.
