Autechre The way Sean tones down the snare

....and the lets the haunting melody breathe at 2:37 is fucking fantastic. If the song in this video were put on an album, it'd easily be me favourite Autechre track. It is the most futuristic, epic, climactic, mindblowing thing i've ever heard......definitely AE at their best.

Man, the best bit of that set is this bit (1:04 in on that video). I went seriously mental at that total breakdown of everything to just that immense bass and the tin-can snares. Hope there's some more of that in this next tour.
