Internet always alleviates my depression

I think internet actually helps with depression, especially if it's related to social anxiety, but it depends on what kind of sites you're on and the kind of social exposure you allow yourself. It's a good way to exercise and improve social skills, though probably only if you go on sites like reddit instead of 4chan.

hardly any of my online activity is completely un-productive. i can't imagine how much i've learned online that i never would've known in real life. and my conversation skills are far better from the social interaction. i say just keep an even balance. otherwise being socially withdrawn will mess you up
