Rumor has it that AFX's next release will be a two-part EP (6 tracks each part) , first part will be release in October of this year , second part in the early months of 2011.

I mean seriously, how many shows are you going to do in Europe? Did you forget you have fans here? You are rich enough, you can go anywhere you please

edit: that would be great but I've been foiled way too often by afx rumors, so I will just have to wait for confirmation to get excited

Sorry mate, no North American dates as he will proberbly fancy a big picnic instead (I presume you know the story?). Don't get in the way of an English/Welsh/Irishman and his picnic!

RDJ would do 2 EPs, as I'm sure that's classified as one album each (he has a 3-album deal with Warp right now).

I gotta get to Europe

I will babysit his kids if he comes to the states.

So what does this mean in regards to a new album? Album announcement in in the middle of these dates?

new album blah blah blah, the whole crying about a new album thing is so boring now, why don't you people give it a rest. Aphex plays festivals, big woop, he usually plays somewhere over the period of a year.

Normally we would only wimper instead of cry over a new album. But because we got the head honcho of Warp saying there was a going to be a new one last year and still no sign, it's got us all welling up inside. Boo hooo.

i don't see how him dj'ing really suggests anything. if he was doing live sets then i'd think something was up...

even so, i still feel as though he'll be putting something out this year. is his dj'ing more entertaining than... you know... any other dj?
