If Spain play like this against Germany, Germany are going to destroy them.

I look forward to that.

Fuck off Uruguay. You will die against Holland without Saurez.

Yeah what an uncharismatic team, and that handball thing, they should be ashamed to have kicked a great team out with that bullshit ...

Exactly.

Germany, fucking win, as Obel said, I would like to see them win the world cup after that performance, fucking blinding.

Fuck you, Uruguay have been doing great and will kick the shit out of holland.

A drama filled evening game once again. Happy that Spain kept their composure and kept playing their game and it finally paid off. But they need to improve leaps and bounds if they want to have any chance in beating Germany. Someone else might want to pitch in on the scoring than David Villa. And also how about letting zombie Torres sit on the bench for the next game.

Am I alone in thinking Paraguay played very well? They weren't rugged, they weren't cynical, they didn't just resort to row z hoofing, they played on the counter and it nearly paid off. For a country of just a couple of million, they can be very proud of their efforts. Yes, we'd all love the beautiful game, but as the clash of Brazil and Holland showed even those great exponents of free flowing football just aint doing it no more.

Brazil and Holland have moved away from their 'joga bonito' and 'total football' that made them household names and moved towards the modern defensive percentage football. Sad really as they do have the talent.

Well fuck. So much for my predictions of Brazil winning it handily. I did think Germany would test Argentina, I didn't expect them to dominate. What the fuck Argentina - like Mirezzi said - Messi and Tevez tried to dribble their way through the whole side. It's a team game you coked up egomaniacs.

So much for South American dominance indeed.

Oh and if the audience in Brazil is anything except lovely ladies in g-strings, the tournament organizers should be castrated.

Germany is very impressive. Wow, I wasn't expecting that.

Me either, I sat down at fucking 63 minutes and it was 1-0 and I was fully expecting Argentina to pull one back. Then PHWOAR Germany erupted in some kind of controlled, composed rage and fucking banged it on home. I'm really glad we aren't at war with them anymore.

well, finally it was confirmed that argentina wasn't a team, just a bunch of players put together, what a difference it makes to actually have a system. i disagree with the comments about messi and tevez, i lost count of how many times they gave it to iguain for him to screw up, then i guess they got desperate and tried to make the difference, i would've liked to see some messi/tevez connection like we saw in the 2006 cup the two of them worked amazing together back then. dunno what happened.

ZOMG! Lazerz pew pew pew!!!!11!!1!!!!1!oneone!shift+one!~!!!
