Recommended Posts

Guest Fatcaesar

I saw it once on youtube, a live compilation of aphex twin's live performances around the world, it was like 10 min long and hav a White text like "Aphex twin live @ Brazil" at the start of every new place and it was very good quality, awesome compilation!

Do anyone know of which one i'm talking about? i need it!

Thanks

That was filmed by Weirdcore, the man that does Afx's lights and visuals for his shows

I've sent emails to him ages ago about getting a full recording audio rip/just asking him if he even filmed all of the gigs because audiowise they are the cleanest recordings of Afx gigs that youtube has...

in terms of live stuff

there is Summersonic in Japan ripped, an entire set in BLOC and a few in Sacrum Profanum off the top of my head right now.

Hah, that videos awesome.

Great laser show at that gig in Poland, really trippy face melting stuff :emotawesomepm9:

Plus - the UK gigs look like the most up for it crowds of the lot, especially the warehouse project gig. :braindance:

That track is seriously awesome, where are the samples from? I feel I should know....

The vocals where he says "the door is where the window should be" sounds like that muppet from Tenacious D's song when he took some drugs and got of to wonderland and that dude "Look it's down by the strawberry river" but i'm sure it's not the same guy lol

I found out where the vocals are from.

The sample "The doors are where the windows should be and the windows are where the doors should be." is taken from the children's record Happy Monsters.
