hah yeah this happens to me too. I have a friend that every once in a while tells me "OMG DID YOU KNOW THAT A NEW APHEX ALBUM IS COMING!?" and i'm like "meh... it's nothing concrete it's just rumors" and then "BUT I READ IT ON THE INTERNET! I AM SURE IT COMES OUT LIKE NEXT WEEK OR SOMETHING".. this happens every 4 months or so...

I heard from a mate of a mate who works at this record distributor who has contacts at a label that can't be named who knows a guy who knows a lady that they think the album might or might not come out eventually at some point. Or not.
