Well it's not the most for England ever - but as a comparison, Rooney has been capped 67 times and scored 26 goals. So that's slightly more than half the caps of Beckham and he's already scored more goals.

The top goalscorer for England is of course, Bobby Charlton - who got 49 goals. Followed closely by Gary Lineker with 48. If Rooney can stay healthy, he'll come close to those two.
