Where are they now?

I hope i can find some affinity within this forum,with trying too find out 'what happened' or/and 'where are they now' artists..

The two that i'm interested in,& who were complete heavyweights within the electronica scene are/were CIM(am-amiee) & INTRICATE(SPECIAL MATERIAL),cim,who i think was one of the greatest idm artists going,with very warm/emotional electronics,also providing pounding dancefloor vibes as well..

and intricate,as far as i know,spezial material have never put up information as too why they haven't released new material..

maybe you have artists,who you would like too know why they have seemingly dissapeared off the face of the planet..

Mark Nelson of Labradford has released numerous albums as Pan American.

Brian McBride of SOTL is releasing a new album of soundtrack material next month.

Adam Wiltzie produced and arranged an album by Belgian singer Sleepingdog which is mellow and SOTL-esque. (just found out about this one myself)

I imagine it will be a while before we see another proper SOTL album (or that dvd).

Just heard from a mate that they are releasing their second album imminently after getting clearance to use their samples. This was posted on their wiki page: "In June 2010 a message was posted on the Avalanches forum saying "i hear ariel pink is recording some guest vocals for it and once those are done, the album will be finished", indicating the second album will get a late 2010 release."
