Original founder members of Seed Records, Posthuman recently released their fourth album "Syn Emergence" with huge success - its fusion of dubstep basslines and glitched up techno gaining fans the likes of Andrew Weatherall, Dave Clarke, Mark Bell (LFO), Simian Mobile Disco, Luke Vibert, Strictly Kev, and reviews such as "recommended techno album of the month - 9/10" in IDJ, "one of the most forward thinking releases of techno in some time" 8/10 in Clash. They now repeat the live set that blew Fabric away at the launch party back in July, alongside upcoming new material.

After the dance floor storming success of his first two albums on Seed Records, ‘Electro Muscle Cult’ and ‘Shadow of the Bloodstained Kiss’ which had Dazed & Confused proclaiming him the ‘King of Italo,’ the legendary Fabio Frizzi, passing more than favourable judgment and DJ Hell pumping the hell out of his tracks, Antoni Maiovvi returns to UK shores from Germany with what’s quite simply a brilliant blood soaked live show constructed from scratch each time as illustrated at Holland’s Incubate and Berlin’s ‘Fright Night’ (He also releases on Kompakt’s sister label)

If you like music that pays homage to all the best bits of John Carpenter, Goblin, Faltermeyer and Moroder whilst simultaneously dragging them kicking and screaming into a disco dystopian future, then Maiovvi is your automan. Do not miss!

CURSOR MINER

Her performed at the second-ever Seed night (Dec 16th 2000) and has been an ever-present amongst the ranks since. Musical chameleon and one of the UK's foremost live electronic acts; Cursor Miner has been likened to the place where Gary Numan, David Bowie, Aphex Twin, and Beck meet.

Yet he is much, much more than this. His live shows encompass everything from dubstep, techno, wonky, garage, electro, techno, and more - with vocoders, costume changes, and occasional Indian headdresses made of lasers. Seriously.

8BITCH

The 8Bitch is one Maya Medvesek of Slovenian descent now splitting her time between Glasgow and London where she’s creating some of the freshest electronic club music around.

Part of the second wave of talented producers to come out of Scotland alongside the likes of Hudson and Rustie, her ‘G41’ track has already made an appearance on Ministry of Sound’s ‘Adventures In Dubstep and Beyond.’ Tonight is the launch of her debut EP ‘Equinox’ on Seed which is currently picking up top props from the likes of Mixmag, i-DJ and The Wire.

SLEEPS IN OYSTERS

Having won plaudits from Stuart Marconie and Tom Ravenscroft to performing astonishingly intimate live shows alongside Danish post psych-poppers Efterklang, quirktronic luminary Leafcutter John and gypsy bon vivants A Hack and a Hacksaw, Sleeps In Oysters represent the new crest in freak folk inspired electronics as previously espoused by artists such as Tunng and Goodiepal.

Their 2008 debut album on Seed was Mixmag’s Experimental Record of the Month as well as Organ’s. This celebratory eve, they perform extracts from their eagerly awaited follow up album that will hit the shelves in early 2011 having been busy designing the cover art for the solo work of Radiohead’s Philip Selway no less.

THE DAGGER BROTHERS

One hatched from an egg after an unprecedented gestation period attached to a My Little Pony via a curly wurly, the other was born in a fire in the armpit of a peregrine falcon recently relapsed and under the illusion it was in fact Joan Rivers’ vagina as rendered by Rhino 3D.

Together and by power of Grayskull, they are the Dagger Brothers, Bristol’s finest pairing of comedy pop perverts. Their album on Seed, ‘Space Trumpet’ shone a light on male bloggers in Ibizia and Noel Edmonds internal psychological turmoil whilst their single, ‘110 Percent’ will be vying for this year’s coveted Christmas #1 slot.
